How to use this tool
Enter annual income in KRW and each payment as a monthly amount on a consistent principal-and-interest basis. Putting monthly income into the annual-income field would distort the ratio substantially.
Results and examples
Read monthly payments × 12 ÷ annual income × 100. The 40/50 markers are not universal approval thresholds, and the worksheet does not apply stress rates or regulatory loan exclusions.
Worked example
KRW 50 million income with KRW 800,000 existing and KRW 500,000 proposed monthly payments gives 31.2%.
Limitations
- Current sector, borrower and stress-DSR rules still need review.
- The result does not determine approval, loan limits or regional eligibility.
