How to use this tool
Enter kWh usage, two cumulative band boundaries and three unit prices. The second boundary must exceed the first; obtain rates appropriate to the billing period and contract before modelling a real tariff.
Results and examples
With boundaries at 100 and 200 kWh and rates of 1, 2 and 3, usage of 250 kWh costs 100×1 + 100×2 + 50×3 = 450. That total covers only the entered energy components.
Limitations
- Standing charges, adjustments, taxes, levies and customer discounts are excluded.
- Example rates do not represent a currently verified Korean utility tariff.
