How to use this tool
Enter taxable monthly pay in KRW and inspect the employee and employer percentages. Defaults can be edited, but statutory earnings bounds and industry-dependent employment or accident rules are not assessed.
Results and examples
Pension, health and employment use pay as their base; long-term care uses the health-premium amount. The total is rate arithmetic rather than an actual assessment or a complete employer labour cost.
Worked example
At KRW 3 million pay, the pension employee component alone is KRW 142,500 using 4.75%.
Limitations
- Industrial-accident coverage and statutory earnings limits are excluded.
- Current rates, enrolment exceptions and workplace conditions need further verification.
