How to use this tool
Enter page numbers from the original file in the desired sequence. For example, 3,1,2 brings the third page forward; if you enter only a subset, confirm that excluding the other pages is intentional.
Results and examples
Check the saved page count and complete sequence. Numbers already printed on the pages do not automatically change to match the new order, so review internal references before sharing the rearranged document.
Worked example
For four source pages, order 3,1,2 creates only pages three, one and two; page four is omitted. Move a conclusion first by listing every desired page and checking the resulting thumbnail count.
Limitations
- Unlisted pages are not automatically appended at the end.
- Rebuilding a document requires separate checks of bookmarks, internal links and forms.
