First-Home LTV Comparison in a Regulated Area
Inspect the arithmetic difference between a first-home preset and a comparison ratio. When an amount cap binds, a higher ratio may not translate into the same increase in actual available funds.

How to use this tool
Set home value, prior debt and the preset. Both comparisons use the same value and selected cap, so avoid comparing one result with the checkbox on against another with it off.
Results and examples
Both ratio amounts pass through prior-debt subtraction and the chosen cap before the difference is shown. This does not establish first-buyer status or a guaranteed preferential loan benefit.
Worked example
At KRW 800 million without prior debt, 70% gives KRW 560 million and a 40% comparison gives KRW 320 million before any binding cap.
Limitations
- Current first-buyer eligibility, designations and price-band limits require review.
- Reverse values for a desired loan above the cap do not guarantee an executable loan.
