How to use this tool
Enter KRW full-month pay and start/end dates, then choose actual days in each month or a fixed thirty-day denominator. Multi-month ranges are split, so review each month’s numerator and denominator.
Results and examples
Monthly amount is salary × included days ÷ chosen denominator. A full thirty-one-day month on the fixed-thirty basis gives 31/30 of salary, without an automatic contractual pay ceiling.
Worked example
KRW 3 million for days one through fifteen in a thirty-day month gives fifteen included days and KRW 1.5 million.
Limitations
- Paid rest, absences, paid leave and hourly ordinary wage are not separately handled.
- The result can differ from employment rules or contract provisions.

Frequently asked questions
Are weekends excluded?
No. Calendar days in the selected range are counted.
Does a full 31-day month equal one salary on a 30-day basis?
No. This arithmetic uses 31/30, so compare it with the contract’s method.
