How to use this tool
Choose the video and an extraction time within its duration. A transition or camera movement can produce a blurred frame, so compare nearby times when a clean preview matters.

Inspect the JPEG's expression, lettering and composition. There is no separate resize control here, and each operation extracts one frame, so repeat with another time when you need several candidates.
Worked example
Enter 00:00:05 to extract one JPG frame around five seconds into a demo video. If the opening is black, choose another timestamp such as 00:00:02 and check whether it represents the content.
Limitations
- It creates neither an animated preview nor a multi-frame contact sheet.
- Out-of-range time, seek behaviour and motion blur can prevent the expected image.
