Tenure-Based Korean Annual Leave Schedule
This schedule explains how a long-service leave allowance grows with completed years. It does not collect attendance, working hours or employment dates, so the output cannot establish an employee’s legal balance.

How to use this tool
Enter completed years of service. Fractional years are rounded down and service below one year returns zero in this long-service schedule; that does not mean first-year monthly leave is unavailable.
Results and examples
The calculation starts at 15 days, adds one for each two years beyond the first and caps the total at 25. Reconcile actual accrual dates and leave already taken separately with employment records.
Worked example
Three completed years produces 15 baseline days plus one additional day: 16 days.
Limitations
- Attendance, workplace size and weekly-hours eligibility are not determined.
- First-year accrual, carryover, used leave and expiry are outside the schedule.
