How to use this tool
Choose the direction and enter weekly hours and weeks per month. Paid-rest mode adds one fifth of weekly hours when they are at least 15, representing a five-day-style assumption.
Results and examples
Check the calculated paid monthly hours before interpreting the wage. The form does not collect all attendance and schedule conditions, so enabling paid rest does not prove a legal entitlement.
Worked example
At 40 weekly hours, 4.345 weeks and KRW 15,000 hourly without paid rest, the result is 173.8 hours and KRW 2,607,000.
Limitations
- Paid-rest eligibility and part-time proportional hours need separate checking.
- Overtime, night premiums, tax and insurance are excluded.
