How to use this tool
Answer every item on the 0–3 scale. Keep a separate note when sleep, activity or work schedules differ so changes in the sum can be considered alongside actual circumstances.
Results and examples
The output is a total up to 24 with editorial bands. A low score is not a reason to ignore ongoing difficulty, and a high score is a conversation record rather than evidence of a particular disease.
Worked example
Answering 2 on all eight items gives 16 points.
Limitations
- It does not distinguish causes such as anaemia or sleep disorders.
- Seek appropriate advice for persistent or disruptive symptoms regardless of score.
Data handling
Processing stays in the current browser tab; the site does not upload tool input for the calculation itself.
